Kiara doesn’t work

If Kiara does not work like below situation, try following procedures.
- You could invite Kiara to a channel but Kiara does not react.

1) Check how many users do you have in your Slack workspace

See the user count on the #general channel.

2) Change the user count at Kiara's dashboard
